Ok, since Pescado wants a vertical monolith that isn't a box, etc, etc here is an obelisk. Which is a monolith. 10 stories, community lot, custom starry night wallpapers thrown together by yours truly. Definitely requires OFB and Seasons, but prolly requires all EPs. I'm not responsible for game implosion if you install without all EPs and it bombs you.
Lot comes complete with a weird flower landscaping-thingy, access by spiraling stairs, and option to risk **PLUMMETING TO YOUR DEATH**. Upper deck is an observation room with four telescopes. Bottom floor contains potties. Nothing else, because it's not a freaking night club. Pics below, package file
