Creating Community Lots

THANKS THIS IS GREAT

Hi Guys,

Just have Base game and Night life, and am keen to try start building community lots. Have tried to creat a disco / bar, but to not much success Im afraid   Embarrassed 

Cant seem to get the bar tender to come to work, or the DJ for that matter !!!

Anyone can give some advice to build a successfull disco / shopping mal etc.

I am assuming they do appear, but don't get to work. Correct me if I misunderstood.

For the DJ station, make sure one tile is free behind it. Ditto for the bar.

In some occasions the bar station does not spawn a bartender. Just let a Sim tend bar for a second, once you cancel it a bartender should appear.

Sorry to ask the bleeding obvious, but it never hurts to check...  the lots are zoned as community lots, yes?  You are visiting them with a controllable sim?

I had that problem before. For reasons unknown, the objects never spawned who was supposed to be working. It wasn't until I moved those lots to a whole new hood that they started working properly.
