Emma's Maty House V.2-All Pescados Suck!

This is built on a 3x4 lot and costs §194,125. 3 Double size bedrooms (Fully furnished with 1 double bed, 2 kids beds and a nursery),  2 full bathrooms and 2 w.c's. Large kitchen/dining area, large skilling area and large living room. Seperate garage with room for workbenches, and has a pets corner. Greenhouse (no sprinklers so you can earn your gardening badges!) Orchard and pond for fishing. No pool cos they are an annoyance. If they really want to go swimming, I send my sims to a community lot. Ditto with the hot tub, only my romance sims have them. No foundation cos it is annoying the way puppies, kittens and toddlers can't go out to play in snow/leaves etc. Attic room is set up as a games room but can be converted into 2 bedrooms if needed. Room to build upwards. I forgot the flamingo.
Requires Uni, NL, OFB, FFS, Glamour, Pets and Seasons. No CC, awesome or otherwise is included. If you have the invisible driveway you can change the driveway, I've placed tiles underneath.











Bribe. I will create a whole neighbourhood including terrains, downtown lots, community lots, uni lots, businesses and residential (furnished and unfurnished) houses. I will also change my username to Mrs. Gilscarbo and have an avatar of Goopy for all time.

I see only one bathroom located on the lower deck. Naturally, this is not enough to handle the party crowd. With enough bathrooms, Brynne might even not pee on the floor!

Usually when I have parties I pop a couple of the toilet stalls against a temporary wall in the garden, then remove them again afterwards. I hate having hundreds of toilets everywhere 'just in case' I have a party. So now you know.

To be honest, I think the first Emma-house may have been better.

Thing is, I don't tend to use foundations anymore cos of the stupid puppies, kittens and toddlers all clamouring to get outside, and I don't want to make a bullshit house that I'd never use. Everything I build is in my 'hood, being played with. (Actually they are in my 'hood being played with before I post them, just to make sure they work)

Heh, I momentarily forgot that part, but 'Mrs. Gilscarbo+unbelievable design whoring=victory!"  That is, unless someone wants to offer large sums of cash, perhaps.  It will certainly be interesting to see if anyone can top it all.

I've never seen a toddler "clamouring to get outside" even in Seasons, and besides, there are no useful toddler things outside. So they can stay in their pit.

Puppies and kittens, I find, are best when LEFT outside, so that they don't pee on your floor and can thus be housebroken faster as their only options are all outside. Otherwise their sheer numbers and slow movement are liable to clog hallway arteries and render even an otherwise well designed house impassable. Plus, they're small and the tall furniture objects easily block you from seeing them, and they're cute to watch snuffling around in the yard. Besides, you needed one of those huge pet houses to have them in the first place, and those go outside also.

My toddlers always want to go outside and play in leaves and eat snow They look so adorably cute. So it is me being a softy really. You can always disallow pets indoors. Lock the door.
