Ban certain sims from certain comm. lots?

This is probably going to have an obvious answer, but I can't find it so here I am to ask. Is there a system (perhaps similar to Inge's prison token system that prevents prisoners from going to any community lot) that allows you to ban certain sims from certain community lots? I'm working on a fantasy neighborhood populated by "normal" citizens then some not-so-normal residents. It's jarring to see freaky deformed demons browsing the local Christmas store. In the perfect scenario in my mind, there'd be a set of tokens (maybe 5-10 total) that you could place into sims inventories and some kind of hacked object to place on the community lot. Then, for instance, you could set it so sims with red tokens would be banned or only sims with blue tokens would show up. I know about the Visitor Controller and Customer Selector but I can't decide on a common trait that those devices have menus for to give to the weird sims without excluding some of the normals. As I said, there's probably a simple solution so feel free to point and laugh as long as you point me in the direction of an answer. Gracias.

If you made all your fantasy guys downtownies (or playables living in a "downtown", custom or otherwise), then customer selector and nolocalwalkbys would combine to solve your problem on all lots, not just community lots.

I'm afraid I don't have any helpful advice for you, but could you pretty please give a link to those prison token things?  Those sound perfect for a Loveslave project I'm attempting.
