I've been working on a personal preference maxis clothing hider for when I start my new neighborhood. My original plan was to hide all tops and bottoms, hoping that that would force townies to generate with outfits in stead of their usual badly mismatched clothes, but Jordi warned me against it, telling me that the game would pick amongst all items if it can't find any "allowed" items.
Anyway, I've decided to hide all tops and bottoms that aren't completely neutral in a way that would make it possible to match them with
anything, I'm leaving only very simple tops and plain old jeans. So far so good; all my hidden outfits are hidden as they should... Except these ones:
The bright separate top and bottom sweat suits from Uni; they just will not go away. I've found the property sets, but any changes I make to them just refuses to take. Very few items match as badly as a blue top and orange bottom, and since I've hidden most other items, these combinations are now even more likely than before.

Are there any copies of these outfits hiding in later EPs where I can't find them?
Any suggestions at all?
I'm starting to hate these things with a passion.
Edit:I figured it out. Turns out I had done everything right, but I had an override overriding my override.
