deleting sims is a very bad thing.  Likely to cause mess in the game files and future problems with other sims.  HOW exactly did you delete them?  The sim bin in game? SimPE, deleting the character file?  When was your last back up?

Sick of Bluewater?  Try Sedona or Meadow Lawns instead.  Meadow Lawns is a whole neighbourhood built to explore OFB.  Sedona is a sub'hood you can install as a permanent alternative to Bluewater - it's an "out of this world" experience!  www.moreawesomethanyou.com/cwykes

Exit the lot (save it) and re-enter it. The sim will be by the mailbox. Your other option is to exit without saving.

If you exit out, saving or not, your sim should be by the letterbox when you next enter the lot.

ETA: Oops, should have actually paused to read the post referred to in the red writing.

Your sim will be at home by his/her mailbox.

If you go to the sims home and they aren't there, you can use the lot debugger to 'restore family' but you won't need to, they'll be there. Deleting sims with move objects on doesn't really do anything but reset them.

As long as we're on the topic of deleted sims...

I deleted Chester Gieke in-game from the Sim Bin. Later I realized that he had a family history and that I shouldn't have done that. Seems like I should be able to restore him from the standard templates, since I never played him. True? And if so, where should I look for him?
