FUBARed lot/Neighborhood?

When I bulldozed a lot, it turned out like this:



Is there anyway to fix this without wiping and resetting the hood?

Have you tried putting a new empty lot on top of it?

Yes, but the game acts as though there's already a lot there, IIRC.

I just had a corrupted lot. To correct it, I changed the lot instance of the family in SimPE and deleted the Lot Description resource.
After that, the lot is removed and I could place down a safe backup while the family is located in the sim bin.

Well, there wasn't a family living there, so I'll try deleting the Lot Description.
