I could have sworn there was an option in game to package a lot for upload.

I'm trying to explain how to package a house to a friend of mine so she can send it to me, but the only thing I knew was that button that doesn't seem to exist.

So my question is:

How do you package a lot for sharing?

Make sure lots and houses are selected in the UI.  Click the house,  the button should be there.  I have all EPs SPs and patches.  Not sure if that is relevent.

What in the world does UI mean? I could tell that you were looking at the neighborhood view, but I cannot figure out (remember?) what UI stands for.

Of course I have guesses, but I have no idea if any of them are correct.

Unidentified Intelligence? (okay, they all get silly from this point forward so I will stop now)
University Individualism? (okay, really stopping now)

ETA: If you are not selecting an unoccupied house you do not have to have the UI set to Lots (F2 mode) in order to package the lot. Actually, I am almost sure that the option is available for unoccupied houses in F1 mode. If all you are trying to do is package the lot, I think you can do that either way. I'll have to load my game to check that, though.

Actually V I was getting smart to lindaetterlee, who used 'your' instead of 'you're'.

As to your packaging problem, there are a couple of possible views on the UI for a lot, sometimes you have to switch back to see the packaging button, it's not really intuitive, well, not for me anyway.
