Vanishing Food?

I've never had this problem before so I'm not sure how to handle it.  I've been looking all over to see if there is a way to fix it but have come up with nothing. 

My sim went downtown to the Crypt O' Nite Club ordered some food (Prawns).  When the waitress came back with the food she sat it down on the table and the food vanished.  How do I fix this? Has anyone else had this happen?

If they have the square candles on the tables, the food will keep disappearing. You need to enter the lot in buy mode to remove the candles from the tables and it will work as it should.

Ok Thanks I'll go into it and look I think I remember stuff like that being on the table.  Knowing me it will be as you said..... .

I only have that happen if it's the other candle set, the one with 2 candles.
