binned custom hair and turn-on's

How should you set your turn on/turn offs when your target is a sim with binned custom hair?
If you bin custom hair does it still count as custom hair or is your sim now a blonde?

I think that the sim is now considered to be a blonde (or whatever colour you binned the hair as).

Yup. Binned hair ≠ custom hair.

In fact, that's one of the big reasons to bin hair.

Yeah, no one in my hood has a turn on for custom hair. I still have a few, (like those firecracker reds people like to mangle sims with) but all of my stuff is binned.
