Maxis alienware PC for Pets

This is simply the Alienware PC from the MaxisEA Exchange, with Pets options in its menus. (And of course also OFB, Uni options).
Some menu options have also been enabled for visitors. So you can now run a cybercafé which is /used/.

Why didn't EAMaxis just provide some PC globals?

You mean for the Pie Menu strings? Don't those need to be tweaked accordingly?

Dunno.  I'm not an advanced modder.
Maxis has two copies of the PC pie menus: one for cheap PCs, one for expensive. All custom PCs I've seen contain a copy of either (they're identical).

I don't think it's the strings as much as the need for a different Pie Menu table (with slightly different advertisement values, etc.).

I just copied the pie menu table and strings from the expensive computer for mine (well, that's not entirely true, I got rid of the duplicate animations and added the University research paper movie reference but you get the idea), the alienware does use the computer globals it just has a different text list to reference the "tower" specific animations. I finished it a while ago for my non-custom content bins, but I'm at school and can't upload it at the moment.
