Changing hygiene value of tub/shower

I have poked around in SimPE and done searches here and at MTS2 trying to figure this one out with no success. 

I have a d/l tub and shower that were based on the cheap Maxis plumbing.  Using them in my houses is a pain because everyone has to clean up twice a day, but I really like them.  I'd like to increase the hygiene setting, but where do I find that value in the object files?  I have successfully changed the settings for a couple of d/l beds without any trouble, but can't find settings for hygiene levels in plumbing!

Depends on how they cloned it. It would probably be easier, for yourself to simply clone the expensive one and swap out the meshes and textures, and then the guids.

In BCON Tuning-Motives, line 0x2 is what you need. Communal shower should be 275 (decimal), while the coloratura shower is 400.

ETA: just to explain more, that value seems to work this way.
Showers have only one BCON: Tuning - Motives; bathtubs have Tuning - Bathing, Tuning - Toddler Bath and Tuning - Bubble Bath. Combo plumbings have those of bathtub plus Tuning - Showering.

As a general rule, in bathtubs and combos, Toddlerbath tuning = bath tuning, bubblebath = -50 bath and in combos showering = +50 bath.

Nectere, thanks for your advice, but I'm gonna give it a shot just changing the value and see what happens.  If it doesn't work I will use the tub and shower the way they are.  I hacked a bed once in Sims 1 (with pages of instructions) and that is the extent of my Sims creation.  I'm afraid I depend heavily on people who know what they are doing and seem to enjoy doing it to create wonderful things for my Sims and their homes.  I have no inclination to figure out how all those meshes and things work! 

Now, would you like me to reconfigure your filing system, set up a database, or spreadsheet, or merged mailing, or create a newsletter/brochure/flyer?  Those things I can do in a heartbeat.  I can even sew you a wedding dress or crochet an afghan or a sweater.  My talents just lie elsewhere and I have learned to accept it!
