Just finished browsing a few other sites and I see that the InSiminator is NL compatible now (hope I am not shot for posting this ).  I really like it for growing up toddlers (I hate that stage).

Just as an fyi, Maxis also has a new debug tool that can easily do the aging. When you do boolprop testingcheatsenabled true with Nightlife and then shift click on a sim and chose spawn, then more, there's a new debug tool (I think called sim modifier or something like that?). It looks like a standing baby and lets you choose to change the age for a single sim or all.
