It won't help you understand, but won't cloning one of the uni careers and working from there work?
That works fine for new careers, but doesn't allow me to change existing (base) careers. I want to make the medical, military (officer) and science careers require a degree so I
don't have to get into trying to reassign LTWs (an even more daunting prospect).
Career changes cannot be done without hacking the career itself.
So in practical terms there's no work-around other than to manually reassign careers if a positive chance card result is generated? I was hoping for a little more automatic solution. Even the insertion of a custom memory would be something.
