Can this be done?  What I am picturing is as soon as the sims come from under the covers, we hear like a money exchange sound and see like $100 bucks or whatever rise in the air to show that the sim was paid for the woohoo!!!

Oh, and the money earned would actually count towards money wants.

The actual hack part of it sounds trivial to do, but the request is both poorly described (does the selected sim pay, or are they paid?), and poorly thought out (this would affect every woohoo in the game, which would feel very wrong for many nonacknowleged couples and pretty much all married ones).  You'd be better off asking for a specific paid woohoo object, and you'd be better off asking at some other site; this really doesn't sound like the sort of thing a MATY modder would be up for.

You could try the Lot->Brothel feature of ACR (Autonomous Casual Romance).  If that doesn't work, try having the visiting Sim send a money order when he or she gets home.

Probably the closet thing you'll get at the moment is opening a business where they pay by the hour then use the casual romance mod to woohoo them.

Go to their home website: http://www.valdea.com/, and check wtih them there. Their procedure is to send you a VIP code that let's you access the area to download the whole sets.

thats the thing, i never got an email with the code.  i left something at their website and never got an answer.    wondering if this stuff is updated for petz.  it was a paltry some of money, it wasnt the problem.  i just couldnt get a response.  so i started wondering if i really sent it, and my paypal was too much trouble to scroll that far back so i sent in money again, and no response for sure.. making sure to check my business and not personal account,  and couldnt tell that anyone was receiving response...  have they?  the regular dma servants were certainly good enough to stand the money i sent,  and i put something under the mts2 site asking as didnt get a replay for some days..  then you forget to look, you know...   well enough rambling, if its updated for pets and people are getting codes i could try again...
