Sims can't get promoted, error log attached

What happens is that every time an adult sim who's due for a promotion gets home from work, they reset and don't get the promotion or get paid. It seems like this either affects sims at semi-random, or it only affects adults--a teen I tried got her promotion fine and so did a dog. I was hoping I'd be able to glean something out of the error log, but alas, I can't, so can anyone else?

Weird. Haven't encountered this error. Code may be from Harderjobs. Will check it out. What version of game?

Identified as problem due to outdated version of Harderjobs. Redownload.
