Cache

This has been bothering me for quite sometime and I'm not sure which one to delete.  I created a couple new face templates but the old one still shows up in the thumbnail (which bothers me to no end).  Is there a listing that explains what each cache is for and which ones are safe to delete?

Debug mode on, CRTL-Rightclick may help.

As a general rule, anything named "cache" can be nuked.

Delete My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Thumbnails\CASThumbnails.package

You don't even need debug mode on. Just control right click should be fine to refresh any thumbnail in game. It works in the CAS, probably would work in the menu from the surgery machine too I'd imagine.
