The closest thing I can think of to that is a Hotel Podium that Inge has, which is basically just the OFB restaurant podium, except it doesn't kick non controlable sims out after that eat.

I can't believe TS1 actually looked like that.

I thought I remembered the game being more rich and detailed than that.
