Uninstalling Pets

Ok I need to uninstall Pets so that I can do a complete reinstall. The problem is It won't let me uninstall from the  control panel Add and Remove window.Nor will it let me unistall from the games uninstall.exe in the game folder. How can I get it done?

ETA: This is very strange I was  able to unistall Tsims2 and all other Expansion Packs and Stuff Packs. But not Pets. So It must not have installed right in the first place. So my question is how do I get rid of it so I can reinstalll everything?

It wouldn't let me uninstall regularly either, I had to do it manually.

First, go to C\Program Files\EAGames\Sims2Pets and delete the folder. You're going to have to uninstall all of them, so you might as well delete the other game folders too, if they are there.

Then go to Start>Run and type in regedit

Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA GAMES and delete the Pets folder. And again, if there's any other Sim games there, delete them too. Just don't delete anything non-Sim related.

Start-All Programs-EA Games-scroll to Pets-uninstall. ?

gali it wouldn't let me uninstall no matter what I did, but thanks any way. I reinstalled all and it is working great now.
