There are some way to stop the game in creating new townies ? 
I want the game create just the npc.. and no more auto-generated townies on my niegborhood

i was sure that hack work on regen the townies, about stats /needs

Even with the notownieregen hack? Ooh that is no good. I'm about to send a few townie teens into college and I don't want any replacements And I have that hack.

No Townie Regen should suppress the regeneration of aforementioned teen townies, but if you send NPC teens to college, such as the cashiers, they will respawn.
