I have downloaded some lots lately that had multiple mailboxes on them. Will sims receive multiple bills. EX a Apartment complex which idealy should receive multiples.

I'm not sure but I think the mailman will only deliver mail to one of them Are you sure they're all real? There are some decorative ones out there. You can find out by enabling testingcheats and right-clicking on them.

I'd agree with everything that U Dog U said. Check out the mailboxes with testingcheats, if you get a menu, it's a real mailbox and you should get bills. I don't think you can get more than one real mailbox on a lot though...

You can always roleplay it as one of those apartment complexes that split the utilities between the tenants. (I.e. you pay an average of the water bill, not just what you use. Good for the family of 7 in a two bedroom, not so good for the bachelor in an economy room)
