Furnishings slightly on sparse side. Empty side room not bad for very small shop. Intended kitchen-area security remains nonexistent unless arches replaced with doors. Visitor access control inadequate unless streetwise kitchen wall extended to cut stairwell off to prevent wandering into the upper levels. Possibility of reclaiming some attic space enhances expansion prospects. Squeezes in under 20K, but sims will be running Ethiopian for a bit. Completely clean lot with no physical abnormalities.
