In anticipation of the 2008 Building Contest of Awesomeness, I was wondering what exactly is Awesome Spec?

I understand that the lot must be flat, the fridge must be protected, and fences must be erected to keep out unsavory stray type animals. What else? What is the "viewing deck"? And fire breaking?

Just wondering if there was a list of things that made a house "Awesome."
