Daily gardener (is there No EP version?)

Hi,
Does anyone know if there is the daily gardener hack? (No EP version)

I play only with the sims 2 and the daily gardener hack is not working.
I've installed the one from ofb/ffs hack lists because I couldn't find a one for none-EP.
If my sim pick up a phone and choose service -> gardener, the action is just canceled. (in all neighborhoods)

If someone knows where I can find the appropriate one, please let me know.
Any advice or comment will be much appreciated.

Well, I just went and had a look for you, but I couldn't find a base game only one either.  This could mean that the later versions are OK with the base game, or it could mean that it is one of the earlier hacks that were lost in Hurricane Josh. 

From what you are saying about the problems you have, there is a solution which should solve the problem. You have to fire the one you have first, then you can book the daily one.  You will have to do this for every lot as it works individually for each one.

I didn't know all his hacks had been removed from MTS2 and I found the thread where this was originally (pre-EPs), but it's gone and probably gone for good.

Other than that, maybe the Always Perfect Plants from TJ would work (or if that's too new, then the version from Inge at www.nectere.net/smf in the Simlogical section.

Just found I have an old one dated 9.06.2005 in an old backup on my PC.  Don't know, though, which version it is, but the neighbourhood folder only shows University and I don't know whether that was a different version from the base game or not.

I just hope the Uni version works for the base game.

If not, maybe I should try the Awalys Perfect Plants.

There isn't really a file-sharing policy for Pescado's stuff - although he will say he won't support anything you don't download from this site, and so if something gets FUBAR'd, tough luck.

There's probably a Uni-era copy in the Uni "moreawesomethanyou.zip" file. Try searching in there.

I'm not in the habit of making policies that can't really be enforced, so there just isn't one. You're welcome to enact vigilante justice upon anyone caught doing it, though. Just because I think it would be funny, not because I actually care, though.

That's ok!  Things aren't hard to find when you know where to look, but if you're new to the site it can be a bit confusing - which I think is true of any forum.
