TJ's Teens Keep Loves works fine!  Try it, it won't wreck your game!  And the Casual Romance is another great alternative.   As for fertility, the game already does this to some extent - I have had couples who've tried five or six times before one of them gets pregnant (yes, I also use pregnancy for All!) and others who get pregnant first time of trying!
