FYI - Last I checked, which was a few hours ago today, there's a notice on Sexy Sims 2 that some of their files got corrupted, and pretty much everything that had been hosted prior to the corruption has been lost. I read something about the threads being moved or what not. Anyhew, it looks like the penis mod is part of what was lost.
