I've seen it with elders, and only on lots where there IS a cosmetic surgery reward thingy. Almost like if it isn't on their lot, they don't know it exists. (I wish that resurrecting someone want was like that, they would only spin it if the phone thing was on the lot)

I saw that one for the first time this past week. Circe had a want for a face lift and a fear of a bad face lift at the same time! I figured it was because I had the machine on the lot and had never played with it before.
I had another odd one come up too, I new mother had a fear - be rejected for playing with by the baby!

i had it on a elder one , he had just aged and there was no machine on the lot but he had seen one before. i love these quirky little wants it gives them more personality

I just got it for the first time last night, after reading about it here yesterday. Funny when that happens. My sim who had just transitioned to Elder wanted a facelift, so I gave him a nose job.

Didn't TwoJeffs have to make a hack to even allow teens to use it in the first place? Odd that they'd get the want, then... though of course, I'm not surprised by the unfulfillable wants, one of my adult Family Sims is getting the wants that an elder Family Sim tends to get - retire (which he can't do), have a family reunion, get a grandchild (okay, he can get that one), etc...
