Burninating Sub-Hoods?

Okay, I admit that when I got OFB, I was nonawesome enough to stick Bluewater onto my main hood before raping it for the buildings...  Now that it's stripped, I'd like to get rid of it, but I'm not sure how, since it won't let me delete without making a new shopping district. XP.  How do awesome people burninate sub-hoods?

*sighs, deletes all the custom hairs Datgen ate so she can start over*

Can't you just go to your main neighborhood screen, select business districts -> Bluewater and delete it (without loading it up)?

Or is it that once there is a business district linked, there must always be at least one?

depends if you deleted all characters and or no one has met any of them from the down town

Look at it this way: You now have many townies at your disposal for businesses. You can pay them next to nothing and push them around while your pockets get fat.

You're assuming I have time to play.   x.x  work... illness.. I need more hours in the day, darnit.

I've not tried that particular method... I'll have to try that way.
