It was mid-November last time he logged in at VS where some of his mods are. Isn't the internet strange? We "know" people and we don't really "know" them. I know there are certain posters here and on a few other boards I go to that if they all of a sudden disappeared, it would bother the heck out of me. Sometimes, people post such personal information and you know such intimate details about them that it seems like you've met them in RL. (At least, Motoki, you told us you were going on "vacation".  ) |

What the heck? So did I Sandilou, this is the first I hear about this being meant literally. I hope it isn't true.
You're right Simmiecal, I for one worry if I don't hear from people I'm used to "seeing" on the internet. You can become friends with people on the internet, I've met quite a few people that I like very much. I just haven't met them (well, most of them) in person, but that doesn't mean that they have become more than acquaintances nevertheless.

According to his profile, Dizzy2 was last active on MTS2 on Dec. 21st of '05 (and 29 of his downloads are still there, Ancient Sim, I'm looking at the list now.) The last Dizzy2 post that comes up in a search there was made two or three days prior to that. It reads a bit disgruntled to me, so who knows...

Personally, given what I know about Dizzy from watching and talking to him, I think he quit. And he isnt the type to say "I quit" he just does and is gone. Perhaps he will resurface someday...
Unless of course, he lived in Chad, or his real name is Chad....
