Audio Errors breeding like bunnies?

I've noticed since Nightlife, buckets of Audion Errors have appeared in the cheat box when I expand it.  It's really annoying to see all this stuff in the cheat box when I get no notification of it elsewhere.  Does anyone know what causes this and/or how to stop it?  I can't hear any errors while the music is playing.  Mayvbe its not playing the right music at the right time?

Ummmm...maybe these error have something to do with this?

Does everybody else's cofig logs contain sound card data?  Mine doesn't!

I get tons of errors as well, never figured out why.  What I do know if I have to go into my cheat box, is I type clear to erase everything.

I think a lot of them happen when the stereo goes silent instead of playing the next track.  You also get quite a lot of silences when sims are eating or sitting chatting at the table using the new dialogue from NL, you know, one is obviously talking but there's no sound!

So it does seem that The sims just isn't set up to properly recognise most commonly used audio drivers etc.
