Thanks for the link - downloaded. I think the toddlers don't have enough useful toys to play, and I download any new toy available.

I second that! In RL, toddlers have the coolest toys of any age group. In Sim-Life, their toys suck (especially the creepy rabbit!)

I checked it out. that is pretty damn cool!. I do agree though that increasing body skill is a little strange. But I guess since creativity, charisma and logic already had objects, there wasn't much left.
Nevertheless a must download. Now if only my DH would fix the electrical circuit upstairs so that I can play again. At this rate I'll get OFB before I get my computer back.

Awesome, thanks for mentioning it! I have tons of Sim toddlers so I'm always on the lookout for new toddler things... Have you guys tried Shaklin's bobby car? http://shaklin.ath.cx/xoops/modules/PDdownloads/viewcat.php?cid=1 though their expressions don't change, it's pretty hilarious. edit to investigate messed up post..(thanks for the head's up nectere) It looked ok to me before, but who can tell what it looks like on other browsers!? Hope it's better...

The link I have for Shaklins site doesn't seem to be working. Did he move or maybe the site is just under maintenance?

That's too bad if it is closed. Where might one find his downloads then?

Thanks for pointing this one out! Very cute, and the toddlers do seem to love playing with it. Karen

The toddler mirror is great, but note there's an occasional bug with it that you can't cancel the animation if there's another action in the toddler's queue. The authors are trying to track it down, but they suggest in the meantime that you cancel the mirror interaction first, wait for the toddler to move away, and then give another action command.

Now with OFB this shouldn't be needed as teens and adults can take the toddler to the mirror to change their appearance.

It's still pretty cute though - you gotta admit.

Oh, I thought this was about the regular toddler mirror. Didn't realize it was for another one (I can't get to MST2 from work). So yeah, I guess if you want the cute toy mirror you can still use it. Hope it doesn't conflict with OFB.

There are two functions to the new toddler mirror on MTS2. One is to change appearance, the other function is to work on Body points. It just gives us another choice rather than the Charisma rabbit, etc etc
I have loaded OFB but I haven't played at all yet. I'm still trying to get the mods I need and make sure the ones I download are okay for the new ep.
Lots of new things to learn in this new ep. It looks very promising.

FYI, an updated version of the toddler mirror was posted today on MTS2; it fixes the animation bugs and the error in the text box, and also adds some interactions (i.e., adults can now 'play with' the toddler on it, and can step over it).
