Selling Virus to the Burglar

I read somewhere, I think in your APO rtfm, that the Burglar can buy the virus made from the Biotech Station. How does one accomplish this? After the virus is made, the only option available is "dispose".

I think he's meant to steal it or something.  I've never made one because I have no idea what they're for.  I thought maybe you gave them to passing obnoxious townies or something.  If we can't do that with them, I can't see the point of them!

Turn on debug mode, and either Shift+Click on the Biotech Station, or on the virus itself. One of the options should be "Sell virus" or something like that, I'm going from memory (which is not very good at the best of times).
