Paysites must be destroyed- just down or gone for good?

Went to the booty today to find some items and got hit with the site saying the domain is expired. Is this the end of the booty?

Paysites is inaccessible again. Is this expected? I searched the forum, and it seems that the domain has expired on several occasions. If it is not by design, when, if ever, will it be back?

If it is by design, perhaps a FAQ update is in order, as info about it seems lacking.

Due to lack of funding, the forums and frontpage are down. The backup servers are still up, but all the updaters have died.

The forum is up. I think I might have forgotten to take it off maintenance mode, though.

It's less the lack of funding and more the lack of updates, since for the most part, the mission was accomplished and paysitism no longer enjoys any kind of support as of TS4.
