Everybody else - yes the Eurotard needs a new symbol and a spelling fix on it's name, but that's all. You are only giving the over-used symbol it has chosen to embrace as it's own more power by making this about anything other than the innate tardiness of the individual. If you spend some time thinking about it you will realise that the very fact it uses this symbol at all means that it knows nothing about it.
