Splash N Stroke - Community Pool 40x30

I've been playing with CAW again, and made this for my new world.

Splash N Stroke is built with all EPs and SPs, and using Store content, but no other CC.

40x30 lot. Has: tanning booth, photo booth, ice cone machine, juice keg, coffee stand, ping pong table, whack a gnome, a lounge area with TV, spa, a lap pool and a splash pool as well as a nice little alcove for your celebrity sims.
