Not that I know of, and use Clear Offworld Loiterers while you have a nanny problem and literally hundreds of nannymobiles start to appear, and sometime nannies sans mobile fly through the air (without an umbrella, though) to all descend on your house at once! It's like a scene from Mary Poppins directed by the Monty Python team!
now as annoying as all those nannies would be I must say it would be hysterical to watch
