Stuck cold skin Seasons overlay on age up

I had an adult who was outside in the snow age up into an Elder, but the bluish white skin that comes with their being cold seemed to become 'stuck'. Re-freezing him doesn't get it off, and neither does Batbox/Fix Tans and Burns. How do I get rid of it?

Using "moveObjects on", delete this gentleman. Save and go to the neighborhood. Re-enter the lot. He should be standing by the mailbox correctly colored.

The body's the correct colour, now, but he still has blue on his face.
EDIT: Doing it a second time fixed it, though! Yay! Defrosted old man! Thanks!
