How do I install fixes of store content into my game?

I've downloaded a fix just don't have an idea how to install it. Please help!

The same way you install anything else.

You need the item to be installed, a crystal bowl of water consecrated by moonlight, a sharp knife, and a linen cloth.

First slice your left thumb open a bit and let three drops of blood drip into the water. Wrap your thumb with the linen cloth and say these words.

Install the item as per usual.
