Creating Food for the Sims 3

Playing Sims 2 a little while ago, I downloaded many food items for my game. My question is, is there a program that you can make new food items with or is there any downloads for food available for the Sims 3?

I found some using GOOGLE.  Took less than 5 minutes.

Not to mention, there is a thread SPECIFICALLY for asking where you can find things, so you don't have to be a speshul snowflake and start a new thread every time.
