Magic Cauldron Potions

So far I've gotten these potions:

Emotion Potion - any 3 gems
Vanity Potion - any 3 butterflies
Sleep Potion - any 3 fish
Hunger Potion - any 3 food items

Pee Potion - any 3 unmelted metal

Diamond, Gold, Black Goldfish --> Learning booster for Reading Books
Rainbow Beetle, Rainbow Gemstone, Trout --> Guests start to clean house (good for parties)
Rainbow Butterfly, fruit of life, Rainbow Gemstone --> Teleportation

[Painkiller]

I've found the Pee Potion - any 3 unmelted metal. (Not sure about the name since my game isn't in English.)

And what do these potions DO? Also, MOAR pee again? We're back to that now?

They give your sim an OCD moodlet and what ever potion they drink they act out randomly until it wears out. For example, the emotion potion has them running around hugging everyone, the hygiene potion has them cleaning everything and washing their hands constantly.

I used the Teleportation potion but all my sim did was hover above the ground for a while.  I dont know if I was meant to choose where they teleported to but when I tried they still hovered until I cancelled the action, then they ran off to the place I had wanted them to teleport to.

With the pee the sim got a massive drop in the hygiene and had to take a shower, maybe it was a failed potion. The Vanity potion makes the sim admire himself in the lot mirrors constantly and randomly changes outfits with messages like "Does it look okay on me?" "Do I look fat with this?"; the effect lasted 6 hours IIRC.

A video I have seen on YouTube shows a Sim hovering by the couldron whilst the house cleans itself with lots of sparkles everywhere. Apparently they used the same recipe as mentioned above for getting guests to clean the house.
