I did the fixall cheat today, and it gave me a popup saying "Fixed 5 phantom butts". What does this mean?

When I had the same question, I found the answer by using the search box at the top of the page. IIRC, it fixes any chair that the game recognizes as occupied when in fact no sim is using it. But if you want to know for sure, search FOJ's posts.
