Only Practice / Don't Perform Hack?

Does this hack exist? I love having instruments in my Sims houses and having them play, but I despise the extended animation that goes with tipping after they perform. And just who plays for tips within their own house anyway?

Is there a hack to prevent them from autonomously "performing"? Or at least stop the darn animation?

I hve nightlife and uni and it seems to work perfect in my game but you might want to check for any conflicts in your game since there has been no official word on its use in NL.
