Real sickness and spontaneous combustion?

THANKS THIS IS GREAT

Does anyone know if BastDawn's real sickness mod somehow increases chances of spontaneous combustion? After installing it, I had a rash of fires among Sims who were sick and who had been sick. A sim dying in a fire doesn't bother me, but I'm not really sure what caused quite so many fires. Is there a fever mechanism I was previously unaware of, perhaps? The sims in question often didn't show any temperature difference on their little thermometers just before they burst into flame. The nanny also caught fire, although I don't think she'd been sick (but how would I know if she had?)

Also, what is the burninator? Is it a mod or object available for download? Research on my first question yielded lots of talk of people burninating invisible objects, but searching any burninate-ish terms on the forum tends only to turn up instances of people talking about using this mysterious process, or unrelated proof that we all love Strongbad.

You're looking for the Stuck Object Remover. It's a yellow box marked with NUKE icon that, when you place it on something, does the obvious.
