Corrupt Barnacle Bay

Hi there, someone very kind gifted me Barnacle Bay and it is corrupt, according to the sims3pack cleaner. And it will not install no matter what I do, I've tried decrapifying it and also used the S3rc and it made no difference. I've tried the BBay downloads from this site and all over the internet and the same thing happens. Sometimes the installer will say it's installed, but once I get in-game its not there. Then when I restart, it's not installed again. Can anyone please help me?  Can someone please gift me a non-corrupt copy?  And if not, can someone plz tell me how I can fix it? Thank you so much. I've been pulling my hair out and I've been up til 3 am in the morning night after night trying to fix this. Thank you for your time.

There are plenty of links for working BB's in the downloads thread. Have you tried redownloading the so called bad file? They work, if not you're doing it wrong.

Yes, I have tried everything. None of them will work for me. I put it in the downloads folder, I've even tried double clicking it, too install it that way. SOMETIMES the launcher will say it's installed, but then when I gp to play, it's not there.   Please help if you can!

Since generations i have the same installation issue. i can only 200 from my 450 store sims3pack's installing. All my Sims3pack's works fine, but only 200 at the same time.  Last week i have change my system from sims3pack's to packages.

You're not decrapping correctly if its not installing.

All world files show as corrupt if you run them through the cleaner (custard) by Delphy, but they are not corrupt. Try downloading your original file again and don't run it through the cleaner.

Borsco what you just said makes no sence. I install all my world files by first running them through the decrapifier - if I didn't they wouldn't install.

Go back and read kissing toasts post, then go do the recommended reading. To paraphrase a very annoying job search add here atm - Seek and ye shall find.

I believe he meant Sims3Pack "cleaner" = CUSTARD, not "cleaner" = recompressorizor/decrapifier.
