How does this work?

I've started a new sim, marched straight to town and gotten beaten up a couple of times.

I see no fight skill in the journal.

I believe Pescado has said it wasn't actually implemented, even though there's a switch for it.

Yep. It currently doesn't function. I asked the same thing a while back.

On the other hand, even if it did work, you might expect that a totally green sim, with no athletic, kung-fu, or other skill, might just get his inexperienced ass kicked anyway on his/her first outing.
