Scrolling"you have installed 'X' pack"

Yes, ANOTHER problem. In any hood, whenever I "hover over" (not even click on) any SINK a scroll starts telling me what pack I have or have not installed. This is in the same place that other info appears on the right hand side, like "You've been promoted". I have never seen anything like this, no seen any kind of mod conflict that causes something like this. Extream irritation, as it fills the right side of screen! Make it go away please thank you.

 ???Do you suppose this could be related to other problem: kept original Sims2 pack and reinstalled all the others? If there is no way to otherwise stop this, I will uninstall ALL packs and re-install (as I should have in the first place).

Problem was not related to borked installation (although I have Re-installed everything). Tracked problem to group of mods involving eating in apartments.
