The Underground - Exclusive Lounge - 25x25 lot

NO SHOUTY VOLES ALLOWED.  

The Underground looks like a park with a firepit, a picnic table, and bathrooms, but underground is where the party is.

The buildings above and underground are squares. As this is a lounge bar, the decor is mostly understated and minimalistic. There are lots of places to sit and converse with friends, a large dance floor in the middle of the room, and a stage for a band to play. A bar is off in a corner of the room surrounded by places to sit.

Two rooms have been closed off in the upper left corner of the room for hot tubs. These rooms are not exactly square.

The bouncer lets anyone in, I want to let you set the exclusivity of the lounge.

I love the idea behind the build in this lot. Anything underground is considered cool in my day, very exclusive. Yeah, this is smokin'!

OH NOES my pudding is in your nightclub and I don't even have the EP yet! This might cause a rift in the space-time continuum. Trust her to find the underground club though, I like underground clubs.

Those lights have been screaming out to be staggered like that since the base game! I love this EP.

I may be the biggest lazypants ever (ok, no may about it) but I'm just so happy that someone bothered to make reasonably sized clubs etc so I don't have to.

And no matter what shouty voles say, your lots look really good to me. Of course, I may not be the person to ask about design, since I just make a square block when I build and stuff it with whatever I need wherever there's room.

I'm always on the look-out for lounges that are easily accessed and entertaining for my sims.  I think yours fits the bill nicely, thank you for sharing it!!  I have a question, I don't use Awesome Mod; was this mod used in making your lot and if so, will it affect how my game runs by not having it?

Updated the download link and redid this bar. The top level is no longer a box, I added some landscaping details, new statues, a pool table downstairs, and a subway station.
