Yes I am! I have a sports bar ready to go, and will probably work my way through all or most of the bars.

Going along with everyone else, the bar looks fantastic. What I really appreciate is the small lot the bar is built on, easy to place in other worlds. Much appreciated.

You're all welcome. I got pissed off when I saw how huge the dive bar that shipped with the game was. I was even more pissed off when I saw that the actual bar was tiny and there was a useless building next door to it on the same lot!

Nice!  A bar that fits on a realistically sized lot, looks good, and doesn't require any work from me!
Once you've finished all the bar types, if you feel like it I'd suggest making a bar for the WA places.  Because what's a visit to Egypt if you can't get go to a shady pub, get drunk, and cheer for whatever team all the locals are rooting for when a football* game comes up on the ancient TV hanging behind the bar?

Jezzer and SK crack me the hell up. It's OK if Ella's there (think of all the bar fight possibilities), but if I catch Fairlight in my bar I will be forced to install a bouncer.

My husband and I have been building a custom bar, and we ran into a strange problem.  Whenever a sim finnishes playing an intrament that we had placed when building the bar, they steal it!  I mean, they grab it and put it in thier inventory.  We're wondering what we're doing wrong that has made this possible, and I figured I'd ask here since the intraments in The Llama Lounge don't have this problem.  We must have done something Jesslla didn't, or not done something she did.

What, pray tell is an "intrament"? I'm guessing some kind of finnish ornament. I think the problem is that Jesslla is moar betterer than you. Sozzles.

Actually, we managed to fix it, but we're still not sure what we did to break it.  We fixed it by deleting and replacing the guitar, bass, and drums and now they are un-stealable.  Thanks anyway.  By the way, this one is my favourite of the bars you've made and posted here; my sims go here all the time for happy hour and to jam together.

I updated the original post with a new link to the download file, and added new/different screenshots. The lot itself has been slightly modified, the color scheme is more uniform, some landscaping was added, and extraneous cars removed. If you already have this bar there's no need to download it again.
