Large family house that won't make my PC crawl?

I'm looking for a legacy house that isn't obscenely priced. At least 5-6 bedrooms, and minimum two baths. My google search is fruitless, and has not turned up anything. I have all EP's except for OfB (really need to look for a torrent for that...) and most SP's 'cept for kitchen and bath and mansion and garden.

Or let your sims live in a glorified box until you can figure out how to build a house that's not one. Its not like they care.

Floor plan sites are awesome, and so are players guides with layouts. One technique you can use to build houses that don't turn out like boxes is to put furniture down like you want it and then building the rooms around them. Then just build off of them to expand the house.
