help with awsomemod-alt+control+shift+left click to copy a sim to a statue?

I was watching some vids of sims 3 amitions and came across one from 4thefunofit4 [At home with the crumplebottoms] where one sim was using the sculpting station and they made statue copies of active sims[not the sculptor] by using awesome mod and a alt+control+shift+left click cheat.  I cannot get this to work.  Awesome mod is working fine.  Is there a step I am missing?  This was a really cool thing to be able to do and I hope I can get an answer...any help appreciated.

If your sim's sculpting skill is high enough they can make an ice sculpture of another sim on the lot.
